Our wallboard application shows a longest in queue value based on the day.
The supervisor application shows a longest in queue value based on who is in the queue at the moment.
Does anyone know where I would look to get this real time value that the supervisor can see?
We would like to get it put up onto the wallboard.

By the way, can you please confirm you are talking about Call Center Express (not Enterprise).
Yes I am using Call Centre Express and I have had a look through the schema document.
