Realspeak TTS issues

Hello,

I installed a CCX 7.0 with a TTS server Realspeak Telecom 4.0 and language Italian (voice Silvia), but don't works.

I configured TTS server on CCX and file "ttsserver.xml" on Realspeak, but I have error in service "ttsserver_service" and prompt are not read by the TTS server. In attach file with error and configration file "ttsserver.xml"

someone has already done this implementation and how?

Does the TTS Subsystem service in the Control Center window in AppAdmin show "in-service"? Also, not sure if you've check with Nuance already for compatibility with this version of UCCX you're running on.

Hello Santos,

I solved my issue. CCX need the software Speech Media Server to communicate with Realspeak. Then I installed this software and realspeak 4.0 and everything started to work.

I had to make only few setup described in a Cisco document
