Reason Codes IPCC Express 4.5

Is it possible for to enable reason codes only for certain users in IPCC Express 4.5? I don't have a 4.5 in the lab, but on my 4.0, I don't see a way to do that. I'm looking at maybe like enabling certain reason codes for users assigned to a certain workflow perhaps?

Any help would be appreciated.

Does anyone know this for sure? I have a few Call Centre's and would like not to share reason codes.

I'm sorry to say that this is not possible. If you enable the use of reason codes it will be used by all users of that IPCC express system.
