rebuild ucce admin workstation 7.1(5)

Are there any documents/guidelines on rebuilding admin workstation for UCCE 7.1(5)? I've looked on cisco site under documentation and can't find anything helpful.

Any help is appreciated.

Thanks,

Hi,

Did you look at the 7.0 ICM Install guide?

See page 41

http://www.cisco.com/en/US/docs/voice_ip_comm/cust_contact/contact_center/icm_enterprise/icm_enterprise_7_0/installation/guide/icme70ig.pdf')">http://www.cisco.com/en/US/docs/voice_ip_comm/cust_contact/contact_center/icm_enterprise/icm_enterprise_7_0/installation/guide/icme70ig.pdf

After completing the steps to install the 7.0 base, you will then use the 7.1.5 release notes to install this version.

See page 3 about 7.1.5 which can be installed directly to 7.0 base.

If you are needing to use the same databases back these up and then restore using SQL Enterprise Manager. Be sure that the SQL databases are the same size as the previous AW in order to restore the data. You only need the HDS and the Webview databases for restoration as the AWDB is realtime data. You could also take a copy of the registry and add this to the new server. However it depends on why you need to rebuild the AW in the first place.

Thanks

Joe
