Record step IVR

Hi all

I'm having a minor breakdown in my mind at the moment with the record step i a ivr script 4.x. The issue is that i can get it to work with teminating digits like # or * but i cannot get it to work if i choose NONE as terminating key. The thing is that i just want the recording to be done and then attaching it to the email and send it. When i tries this i gets an Exception popup (when debuging the script) "Contact id : 1897, Channelid :12, Contact is in Teminated/Connected state" and then the script stops because of the termination of the client. How can i get this setup so that the script continous to run and executes the sending email if the user just hangs up the phone after completing recoring a message?

Re: Record step IVR

Hi,

You have got to catch the exception when the customer hangs up, if not you will loose the call.

Take a look to this document:

Hope this helps,
