I have a courtesy callback app that includes a section to record a message from the contact, then play it back to the agent when one is available. I am currently using a recording step followed by an upload prompt step. While this works, it presents an issue with not being able to delete the files. Can someone share a better approach to this, so that recorded messages are either overwritten or deleted after a certain timeframe?

Simply don't upload the document, it'll stay in memory. Pass along the document variable to the Menu/Play Prompt/etc step.
