we have 2 CCX 5.0(2) - master and slave and we have workflow for recording calls (one call on one IPCC and the other on the other IPCC).
Also we have two GW through which calls are coming. On the SW where we have spanning one source port is monitored in both direction (GW1) and the other only in one direction(GW2)-SW doesn't allow to configure both directions.
Till today all recording seemed ok and today customer restarted IPCC1 (which was master) and after that all the calls that were recorded had 1KB.
First, we tried to restart IPCC1 but that didn't help. Then we shutdown IPCC1 and calls were recorded on IPCC2 (good records - from one GW both directions and from the other only one direction).
After some time we turned on IPCC1 and strange thing happened - on both IPCC we have calls recorded from GW2 (in both directions?!?!?!) and calls from GW1 were 1KB.
Now we have IPCC1 turned off and IPCC2 turned on and it seems recording goes well (calls from GW1 recorded in both directions and calls from GW2 recorded only one way).
Do you have any idea what could happened and why they stopped recording calls and why there are good recordings when IPCC1 is shutdown?
