I have a recording documnet step in crs 4.0 script. It works as it should when using termination digit #, it then sends an email with attached .wav file. The problem is though when the user forgets to press # and just hangs up the phone, then there is no .wav file saved and no email to send.
Could this "problem" be solved by using the option "none" as terinating digit? If i do would the # digit still be available to use?
Before the recording step, try using the On Exception Goto step with the "Contact Inactive" exception. Place a label when you want the script to continue, and reference this label in the "On Exception Goto" step.
Use "On Exception Clear" to clear the exception condition before continuing with the script.
