My customer requirement is to have recording in the contact centre envoirnment. They are looking for 100% call recording which will be used later as a contract proof. I have quoted the below mentioned part number and separate recording server as storage. They also want to retrieve the recording and upload it to CRM but that would be the manual process. The requirement is very basic with respect to Contact Centre, just an outgoing call with call recording. Please suggest !!!
