Recordings Issue WFO QM 2.7.3.12

Hi Experts,

We are having an issue with Contact Center Express 7.0.,  QM 2.7.3.12 and CUCM 7.5

We’re getting randomly two errors in some recordings in QM Desktop when we try to access them.

“QMDT2063: There was a problem downloading the file. Try again or contact your QM administrator“

“QMDT2057: Error initializing the audio file. Try again or contact your QM administrator”.

These recordings don’t have a patron, for example if an agent has 10 recordings, we can play 7 of them and the other 3 shows an error.
