redirect a number

I am writing a script that will redirect a main number to someones elses number in other words set the CFA on a phone, is there a way in UCCX to do this, I have no idea where to even start looking

Do you mean you want to CFA say the CTI Route point of the script? To do this you need to write a custom IP Phone service and change it by Device Name. There is a a Call Forwarding app on UCCE Rogger 2 Visible
