Rejected Calls

I have a lot of rejected calls due to a "Remote timeout" reason according to the real time reporting tool. I do not know exactly what is the source of this problem, but I wonder if there is a documentation where I could see the exact meaning of the different rejected call reasons like remote timeout, setup failure, channels busy and so. I was looking at the historical report user guide but there is nothing there about this.

Table 1 in the following doc: http://www.cisco.com/en/US/products/sw/custcosw/ps4145/products_data_sheet09186a0080339536.html references timeout calls as being under the "Routing client data" category.

If you're using a VRU (IVR) as the routing client activate tracing on the PG to assist with troubleshooting:
