Relation between number of IP IVR ports and number of Translation route labels

Guys,

is there any formula or generally recomended rule of thumb around relation between number of IP IVR ports and number of translation route labels that have to be configured in the UCCE with IP IVR environement.

If I remember corectly, there were some sort of formula in one of the older SRNDs but I cannot find it.

Thanks

Mladen

It's still in the UCCE SRND.  It's based on call volume rather than number of ports.

>Translation Route Pool
>Sizing the translation route pool depends on the expected call arrival rate. Use the following formula to size the translation route pool:

>

>Translation route pool = 20 ∗ (Calls per second)

>
>This calculation is specific to Unified CCE. For more general Unified ICM deployments, you should consult your Cisco Account Team or Partner.
