Reload Browser in Cisco CAD

Hi,

I am using Cisco UCCX 8.5.

In the Desktop Admin, i configured the Browser Setup. I can see the page opened in the below tab of CAD.

My requirement is when a call comes, i need to pass the caller ID to the url of the browser to reload the page with more information.

Any body please help me how can i reload the browser when a call comes.

Hi,

within the Desktop Administrator app, go to Voice Contact Work Flows, pick the event (probably Ringing or Answered), set up a new Action, more precisely, a HTTP action, fill out the Request Data form with the desired fields (probably *ANI).
