Remote Agents with delay in operations with calls

In remote site where agents are located (CAD), there are delays when doing a transfer, when resuming a waiting call when a call is hung, all operators need to use IP communicator, there are 14 agents and short term plans increased to 20 agents, at a minimum you need 2 calls per agent. The connection to the CUCM and UCCX is with a MPLS link, this is 256 kbps, this link is transmitting data and voice. The local router has one PVDM2-64 card.

Support to see if it is a problem of bandwidth between the two sites, if DSP resources issue in the router or missing configuration in CUCM, UCCX or router.

My problem is resolved

QoS is reconfigured and increased to 512 in the WAN link, which was investigating not need lots of bandwidth because in this scenario only happens signaling between the CUCM, UCCX to remote site gateway.
