Can anyone point me into the right direction? I need to remove agents login IDs that are not longer in use as the person either left the company or is not longer part of any ACD group.

The easiest way is to simply go into the User's Device Association in the CallManager Global Directory, and change the ICD extension to No ICD Extension. Then click the Update button.
Once the User's ICD Extension is removed, they fall out of IPCCX.
