I've had a working skript for uploading prompts via phone for a special announcment, which suddenly stopped working. My other scripts (e.g. User Help Desk) are still working fine. It's difficult to restart the whole server during business hours.
My sytem is a single server CCX 8.0
I went to Prompt Management and got the following error:
Error in retrieving the FolderList. Please try Again Repository Data Store not initialized.
Please activate the Repository Data Store by navigating to control center page.
I went to the CCX Serviceability --> DataStore Control Center --> Datastore
Got the Message:
Publisher is DOWN ...
In the Network Services I got many services in "partial service"; every File Manager is in partial service".
I tried to restart the CCX database, which was "out of service", but it stayed "out of service"; so I switched to the CLI. There I was able to shutdown the CCX database and start it again. On CLI I got a "in service" status, but on the Web GUI it stays "initializing".
