I was wondering if there is an option within IPCC scripting to request for an URL. Why?
Well, I have made an webpage that sends a notification message to a Cisco IP Phone when requesting this URL. So when I enter this URL in a browser it shows an white screen (the page does not returns any response/html), but will send a Cisco IP Phone an text-xml message.
I want to have an IPCC script to request for this URL when an certain events happens within the script. So the IP Phone gets the text-xml message.
Anyone knows how to request an URL within a IPCC script?
