Require Wrap up appearance while dialer dialing the number from outbound de

These are the scenario which i tried

1. I accept the call, then i disconnect the call from toolkit without hearing the ring. I did 't get wrapup, but it 's immediately hosting the new call from the dialer.

2. I accept the call, then i disconnect the call from toolkit after ringing. I did 't get wrapup, but it 's immediately hosting the new call from the dialer.

3. I accept the call, then i disconnect the call from toolkit after attending the call. I got the wrapup.

So i require a wrapup for the first two points. Can you please help me.

Train your agents to answer their phone calls, you can't have wrapup data on a call that is not answered. This is not supported and doesn't even make sense. If this is because your supervisors want reports of why agents didn't answer the phone... There should be no excuse why they aren't doing their job :P
