Rest API : How to grant rights?

Hi,

I'm trying to access the UCCE Rest API in order to create and delete object from an internal web portal.

Actually, I'm using Insomnia.rest software to query the rest API so I can check if it works, and how it works.

Unfortunately, when I login with a supervisor login, or via an admin account, on :

https://hds01/unifiedconfig/config/calltype

https://hds01/unifiedconfig/config/skillgroup

hds01 being the HDS server, all I get is 403 Forbidden response : "Access to the specified resource () has been forbidden".

The same admin account (AD account) being used to login to the HDS server via RDP, allows complete access to the configuration manager.

So I'm wondering, where the hell can I grant rights to access to this rest API?

The SG API is only accessible

The SG API is only accessible to supervisors on that PG. I've tested this before and it works just fine. What operation are you trying to accomplish? Remember that the only supported methods on SG are get, list, and update.
