Restore CCX 4.0 to 7.0

Team,

I am upgrading CCX 4.0.5 to UCC 7.0. I have taken the backup with DMT 1.0. But When I am restoring I am getting an error message on page "the archive manager is out of service. please close the appadmin and restart the crs node manager and then login again to perform the backup/restore operation"

Any Idea
