Restrict calls

How is(if is) possible to restrict incoming calls to Phone DN when agent is not logged in? Is it possible through 2 lines so one line is only for local use and other is for

recieving outband calls, if so how to restrict line only for local

Any HINTS!?

In call center environment, calls won't be sent to a DN if no agent logs in.

To keep one DN local call only, create a call search space and put these DNs in, make sure GW's partitions don't belong to this CSS.
