Retreive all agents using ICM CTI Server Messaging (version 9)
We are attempting to develop a CTI All events client using the CTI Server Messaging Interface, protocol 9. Could someone please advise of the command use to retrieve all agents? the QUERY_AGENT_STATE_REQ queries agent states for a single agent and is usefull for an single agent application, but how do I initially get the agent ids and states using an all events client?
