To ensure data integrity, deleting a call type cannot affect historical information.
However, if you have deleted the call type and permanently flushed it you cannot easily know what was the primary key (call type ID) of the call type you deleted. If you can look back at some old paper reports you may see the call type ID written somewhere (a number greater than 5000). If you can find it, you may be able to construct the SQL query required to get the Call Type Half Hour etc reports from the HDS.
