Ring time is Zero and call is assigned to the agent

Hi,

We have the problem ,the call get abandoned,but the ring time is zero for that call in icm tcd table report.and call disposition reason code is 7.Please help me out to sort problem.

What happens when you raise the ring time to say 10. This is usually controlled in your desktop settings in config manager.

please be more specific 10 out of howmany?

if its random then its likely users are hanging up if its a new number, or some new voice users assume they fat fingured.

Its happening 10 calls per day out of 500 calls.the call disposition reason is 7.
