Ringback on connect step without a MOH source on the gateway

I'm deploying a customer on UCCX 10.5 and Finesse. They are manual answer and the MOH source for their solution is music on .wav files, played back as prompts.

My issue is that when the script connects the call to the agent, while the call is ringing the customer hears dead air. Is there a way to insert a ringback sound during the connect step?

Hello-

This can be accomplished by setting the "Network Hold Audio Source" in the Call Control Group.  You will need to upload a Ringback wav file to your MoH servers first.
