Rolled Calls Lose Audio

Calls that are rolled to the next agent due to the initial agent missing the call lose audio. I know they should put themselves in not ready but why is the audio lost?

Try these steps to resolve the issue:

1) Go to the Customer Response Solutions (CRS) appadmin page. From the top menu, choose Subsystems > Cisco Media > Cisco Media Group.

2) Increase the maximum number of channels.
