I have a silly question about CTI route points and triggers. I say silly because I am doing a call center script because I have a pulse. I have never done one before and have many questions that will seem idiotic.
So, when I set up a trigger, there is a field called directory number. Is that the director number or a number of a CTI route point set up in Call Manager? Or is it some other number?

Hi
A trigger in UCCX is a route point in CUCM - when you add a trigger to UCCX, it creates it automatically via AXL in CUCM. So the number you assign is the number you wish to dial to trigger the application, and you don't need to pre-configure it in CUCM.
