Router Failover / Agent Logout Question

Hello,

  Quick questions.  I have to enable a new set of PG's in the ICM Routers this weekend.  The questions is when I have to failover the routers so I can do what is currently the active router.  Will the agents connected to the PG's that are still logged in, be logged out as the PG loses connectivity to the active router, or will it be seamless?

we have tested this, and it is seamless.pg will realign to other router side.

so the agent's will never know the difference basically?

yes if one of the Router is up and running fine, agent will not see any abnormality.

Yeah I can confirm this from previous version, router failover will not cause a PG failover.
