RtCSQsSummary table doesn't exist

We recently updgraded to

UCCX 8.5.1.11003-32

We have issue with dashboard, where they are not able to get the data by running following queries.

admin:run sql SELECT loggedinagents FROM RtCSQsSummary

The specified table (rtcsqssummary) is not in the database.

admin:run sql SELECT loggedinagents FROM RtICDStatistics

The specified table (rticdstatistics) is not in the database.

Please help me on this issue. Thanks in advance

Hi

'run sql' is for CUCM to run against the main CCM DB. On UCCX it seems to do not much though I'm sure there are some tables in that as well.

For the db_cra, use this:

run uccx sql db_cra select * from rtcsqssummary

For your dashboard, also ensure you have set up snapshot writing in Tools/Real Time Snapshot in AppAdmin or those tables will be empty...
