I am having a random problem where when the Database and Historical Reporting server fails over to the High Avail server the rtcsqssummary table does not get updated on both servers. The historical databases are fine. Am I not understanding the concept correctly? Shouldn't both tables be updated? The problem I have is that I have a Symon Wallboard system that uses that table to display call stats to the call center and when the high avail system kicks in the wallboards are looking to a table that is now dead and not being updated. Cisco TAC won't touch this because Symon is not a supported wallboard solution.
