2 Server in HA UCCX Version:11.5.1.10000-61

The Server send this message:

RTR : POPULATE call to CUIC failed for teamID ::1.To get the team name,make a REST API GET call for team resource.Run sync CLI command AppID : Cisco Unified CCX Engine ClusterID :

NodeID : XXXXXXXX

TimeStamp : Mon Mar 20 06:25:19 CET 2017.

The alarm is generated on Mon Mar 20 06:25:19 CET 2017.

The Secound Server show in Finnesse Admin -> Team Resources:

The Finesse server is currently Out of Service. Team Resource Management can only be performed when it is In Service
And the Unified Intelligence Center -> Scheduler to Mail
