Saving recorded calls in wav or mp3 format from IPCCX 4.05
We recently upgraded from IPCCX 3.53 to 4.05, and have found that our files are not being saved in .raw format instead of .wav format. Is there a way to configure the 4.05 system to auto save the files in .wav or .mp3 format so we don't have to use codec translator?
