Hi all,
We are gearing up to switch our system to ICM 7.1 from 6.0 with a custom CTI desktop that displays a screen pop that includes data fields from the dialer table during an outbound campaign. This way the agent has all the information they regarding the account.
We have never had access to the custom CTI desktop and I don't know where to begin to get this going with the Agent desktop.
Can anyone help?
