Screen Recording in QM 9.X

Hi All - We have implemented QM 9.X and UCCX 8.5 and CUCM 8.5 with N/W Based Recording.

Assigned AQM license for all agents and installed Screen Play Plugin on AGent Desktop.

Installed (JRE) 1.60 update 13 on Agent PC.

During Post Install Enabled Video Recording for the same.

Is there any additional configuration Required? When i tried to reterive calls i am to hear only Audio.

Even checked the Recording Path, No Files in VIdeo Folder.

Also checked few parameters in Poxy Pro G/W Config in both Base Serve and Recorder Server, all necessary parameters is enabled.
