Purpose - callcenter closes at various times thru the month -- sometimes from 8 - 9:15 other times from 8 to 1. They would like to have control of their closings. I'd like for them to be able to edit an xml document with their closing times when they want to. Could you take a look at what I have so far -- I have no idea how to incorporate the time. A quick way to do this is to incorporate a boolean variable after the call has been accepted. You then set this variable to be a parameter as an attribute so that call center staff can log into the appadmin page and close the call center. For example:
