I've been hearing that a couple scripts that I have out there have random errors but I've not been able to duplicate the error. I've been told our customers are getting a message that "our phones are not in service." I've ran through the scripts multiple times and haven't seen it fail.
Is there any log file that keeps track of these kinds of errors so I can get to the bottom of the problem?
