Script for different Time Zone

I have IPCC-x 3.5(2) with Central Call Mgr.

I have multiple time zones I have to write scripts for. What is the best practise for working with time zones?

Now I am just adjusting the time of day in the script. (example: On east coast I use 8am but for west I use 11am).

You need to check on your reporting requirements and who is going to run them for which site and then place AW/Webview servers in the proper timezone, the same goes for any admin script. Setting 2 time zones might give your customer some

administrative overhead or might enable them to achieve some flexibility, it is difficult to say without knowing all the details, this is something you might discuss with your Cisco SE for the best approach in that scenario.
