Script plays closed message prompt during open hours
Our company has a script that simply plays a daytime message on a weekly schedule or plays a closed message. I recently discovered that when a caller presses a certain sequence of keys (for example # # 1 #) during the playing of daytime wav file (daytime logic), the closed message plays and script improperly goes to closed menu choices. Is there a way to ignore the keys pressed or insure that the caller cannot mistakenly end up with closed message. Attached is script. I appreciate any and all suggestions.
