Does anyone know if you can create a script to log agents out at a prescribed time (say, 10pm everynight) if they forget to log out? The current version of UCCE we are using is ver 8.0, and angents are logging in with CAD. Thanks.
a workaround to this might be to use the "Logout non-activity time". The problem is that this is not what you want, works when the agent is in Not Ready and the maximum length is 7200 seconds (~ 2 hours).
I would probably use a simple CTI OS app to periodically check and log out the agent - but again, this needs some programming.
