I'm looking for a sample script to upload prompts that can be called from a UCCE Script. I am susing Version 8 on both UCCE and CVP. I have a call center that would like to have the ability to upload messages as needed to play for callers. Here is the disred process:
1) A supervisor/Agent call a DN
2) Navigate a script to record/review/save/delete a prompt
3) ICM script checks if there is a prompt uploaded and if so play it to callers
