Is it possible to create a CRA script that can transfer a call and pass a DTMF tone? We are currently passing these calls to a VoiceGenie IVR system via an ATA but now we need to signal the caller language to the IVR via a DTMF tone.
I've tried both the Call Redirect and Place Call objects. The Call Redirect transfers the call just fine but there is no opportunity to use the Send Digits String to send the DTMF.
The Place Call object does allow me to do a Send Digits String but it doesn't connect the original caller to the new "Placed" call.
