Script upload fails after IP IVR 4.0(4) upgrade to 4.0(4)SR1

Hello,

After the upgrade of IP IVR from 4.0(4) to 4.0(4)SR1, I can no longer upload the scripts (Could not find the page), the File Manager is in partial service.

When I try to resynchronize the JTAPI subsystem I have the following error : 'Patch' in the appadmin interface.

What may be the cause?

Recommend:

- Upgrade CRS to 4.0(4) SR1

- Upgrade CallManager to 4.1(3) SR3c
