Hi all,
in a CVP comprehensive mode deployment, the icm send to vru node is failing. in the router log viewer shows no label returned. Supposedly the configuration is done correct but still i can not see the label. a '9292' busy tone is sent to the vxml gateway.
Any help would be appreciated.

How is the call originated? From gateway or ccm ? I would check to make sure the 711111111t label is configured.

Hi,
the call originated from the gateway, the label returned is 8555555555. by the way the problem was solved by configuring a default label in the system information of ICM.

I would not do it that way. You should have that label configured on your type 10 NVRU for the CVP Routing Client and have the type 10 as the default NVRU in the System Info.

That's what i did actually :) but what i don't understand is the need to define a default NVRU in the system,
