Here I come with a doubt regarding Transfer of Calls from ICM to Gateway.
We are using 7.5 UCCE Version.
Current scenario is Customer dials a TFN and it hits the script and after validation to goes to a Label node ,then the call goes to CUCM configured that Label as Translation pattern and sending this call to outside PSTN ( to another Call Centre ). This works well.
