Server returned HTTP response code 403 for URL

Hi,
I’m wondering if I could get some assistance

Using a script to run oncall2.asp via script command:
doc = Create URL Document ("

http://131.172.223.226/oncall/oncall2.asp")

http://131.172.223.226/oncall/oncall2.asp")oncall2.asp

oncall2.asp reads phonelist.csv and roster.csv to get the mobile telephone number of the on call person for each of 4 teams

The result stored in variable doc

The script then matches the entered digit (1, 2, 3 or 4) to the appropriate team and rings the telephone number

The oncall2.asp, phonelist.csv and roster.csv files reside in C:\Inetpub\Wwwroot\OnCall\ (as the two .csv files are uploaded externally)

This functionality worked on a standalone UCCX server IP address 131.172.223.246 running 5.0(1)

That UCCX server has been replaced by a new UCCX server on IP address 131.172.223.226 running 7.0(1). The directory and files permissions and ownership have been setup the same

However, when the script runs in reactive debug, I see error
Server returned HTTP response code 403 for URL http://131.172.223.226/oncall/oncall2.asp nested exception is java.io.IOException"

Attached is a screenshot of the error

Any assistance would be greatly appreciated

Thanks,
             Terry

What causes all these horizontal scrollbars? Does anyone else see them (I am using IE6).

Are you copying and pasting from a Word document?

Is there anything else in your post other than "I’m wondering if I could get some assistance. Using a script to run oncall2.asp via script command:The result stored in variable doc. However, when the script runs in reactive debug, I see error"

Regards,

Geoff

Hi,

The error message is:

Server returned HTTP response code 403 for URL http://131.172.223.226/oncall/oncall2.asp nested exception is java.io.IOException"

The jpg I had attached is a screenshot of the error - attaching it again

Problem fixed - did not have script execute permissions on directory C:\Inetpub\Wwwroot\OnCall (had every other permission but that)
