Service ACD in agents is lost

Hello,

We have 2 Nodes UCCX 7.0 Built SR4 in HA, every moment the agents lose the service of login of the ACD in the phones.

The problem is solved restarting both nodes.

In logs it appears the following error

when it happens this.

"ERROR LRM2014 A sockets error occurred. Error: (17:socket connection closed by remote party)"

and there is no communication with the CTI Server.

hi

you need to check network connectivity between agent machine and uccx server.
