Service reports on webview is not able to access.

When the user attempt to access sevice reports on webview reports, this error can appear,

" There ia no items available, because you are not authorized to view this data or the items have not been configured in the ICM and/or IPCC database."

But i have created the user and i can access the remaining reports as well. But i could not access only the service reports such as "Enterprise reports and Peripheral Reports"

Why? What shall i do to access this?

Are they showing up under the User List Tool? If not, this would be the reason why they can't execute the webview reports.

I was going to say IPCC and Services do not go together.

But then I wonder if you mean "service" in the same way I understand it, since you go on to say "i could not access only the service reports such as 'Enterprise reports and Peripheral Reports'"

Explain again.
