Hello - In the Database Schema Guide for Cisco Unified Contact Center Enterprise 8.5(3), page 155 - the Description for ServiceLevelToday reads:
"The service level for this call type since midnight. ServiceLevelToday is derived from ServiceLevelCallsToday andServiceLevelCallsOfferedToday."
Does anyone know HOW this is derived? Every reference to this field in every document I have come across has the same description, and it is a little vague. If anyone knows the actual calculation used to derive the Service Level Today, can you please share it here?
