Set an extended call variable for a placed call

Hello,

I want to use Set Enterprise Call Info to set an extended variable for a placed call. The problem is that I can't use Set Enterprise Call Info for a call contact before creating it with Place a Call step.

Is there any solution?

1. Bring up ICR config

2. Enterprise->System Information

check the Enable Extended Call Context box.

3. Enterprise->Extended Call COntext Enter in variables (they must start with "user"), enter if it is an Array or a scalar and its length

4. You can now go to Script Editor to the Set Variable cells to find those variables.

5. If you are going to use ECC in the IVR, let me know and I will send you the updated code. You need to register the ECC tags, then you can use them to set and get data.
